Thanks for your suggestions Al. I think it will work – I find it near impossible to anticipate landmark timings so money is in the Trust/Client Account in advance of work being performed rather than after. I’m trying to avoidbeing in a refund situation if a process step does not pan out. I guess, I can adjust some billing landmarks by bringing them forward or pushing them back if the client agrees.
