    Hi All,
    My client had 2 yrs canadian work experience in NOC72311. When i created the EE profile, I select no license required from province. After completing his profile, EE shows he only qualified for CEC not federal skilled trade. I was wondering in this case:
    1. even though 72311 does not require license what should I put under provincial license requirement? In other words, does he qualified for federal skilled trade?
    2. Also, if OINP has access to this profile EE, he will be qualified for the OINP EE Skilled trade even though EE profile he only qualified for CEC?

    For FST, we either need the provincial license or a job offer. If none exist, they won’t qualify.

    OINP does not care if the person is qualified for FST or not.
