    International student finished college and received her final transcript, not the letter of completion of studies yet. She used to work 24 hours per week as an international student while studying. Is she authorized to continue working until receiving her final letter of completion of studies?

    Unfortunately, no, because her studies are finished and she has not applied for a work permit yet.
