1) When applying for spousal sponsorship through the Permanent Resident Portal, what is the best course of action to complete the required forms for the applicant and the sponsor? Should we provide all the forms in PDF format to the applicant and sponsor to complete and then transfer the information into the portal? If yes, how do we collect the signatures?
2) In which portal do we receive the acknowledgement letter: Representative Permanent Resident Portal or Authorized Representative Portal?
3) When and how to link the portals to monitor the status and correspondence with IRCC?
