    Hi All,
    I came across this sponsor that she retained an RCIC, but this person asked her to sign IMM5476 at the wrong place. Therefore, IRCC returned the PGP application as of this week. We all know that it is so hard to get a chance to receive the ITA for PGP, I was wondering if there will be any remedy for that? Any suggestions?

    According to their announcement, they won’t process any applications submitted after Dec 31, 2024. However, to be on the safe side you may fix the issue and try to resubmit it.

    re-submitted means? It’s passed the 60 days of ITA. Or you mean her previous RCIC can do something via representative PR portal?
